After placing your order, our design team will send you a visual mockup if requested. This way, you can confirm that everything looks correct. Please respond to this visual confirmation email, as we cannot proceed with production without your approval.
Once your order is approved, or if you didn't request a visual confirmation (such as with non-customized items), we move into production. This process typically takes 5-8 working days. After production is complete, your order will be shipped to the location you specified, and you'll receive an email with tracking information. Standard shipping time is 3-7 working days.
We also offer local pickup at our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden, at no extra cost.
